Nikki2024-02-15I decided to try ER Care after seeing their high star reviews. One more high star reviews can now be added to that count. My son saw physician's assistant Jason. We never felt rushed. He explained everything thoroughly and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Left with the peace of mind of knowing what my next steps should be if my son's illness got worse. Had the first appointment in the morning and there was no wait time after filling out paperwork. Always had a bad experience at another Urgent Care in the area (long wait times with an appointment, once seen felt rushed out, husband had a misdiagnosis there that resulted in a 5 day hospitalization). I've only been to ER Care once so far but me and my family will be going here, when needed, from now on. I highly recommend ER Care.
